Another Manchester Derby is in the books and the “Citizens” come out on top 2-1. David Silva started the scoring with a goal in the 43′, but in stoppage time before the half, Manchester United tied it up all thanks to their young star striker, Marcus Rashford. Just 10 minutes into the second half, City’s Kevin De Bruyne’s free kick was terribly cleared by Utd’s Romelu Lukaku in the box which bounced off a player right to Nicolas Otemendi’s foot and then to the back of the net. In the 85′ City’s goalkeeper, Ederson came up with the biggest save of the game but it came at a cost. Lukaku’s attempt hit Ederson square in the neck and he was down for a little while but stayed in the game. City is on a tear, breaking a Premier league record with their 14th straight victory.
