CFB PLAYOFF RANKINGS

1. Clemson – The reining national champs are on top after Alabama lost.

2. Auburn – Even with two losses, they have beaten two number one ranked teams in Georgia and Alabama.

3. Oklahoma – They can score with the best of them all thanks to the Heisman trophy favorite, Baker Mayfield.

4. Wisconsin – The only remaining undefeated power 5 school

NFL week 12 recap

The Eagles keep flying high by beating down the Bears 31-3 to improve to 10-1. Even with the headline trade for running back Jay Ajayi, he still playing second fiddle to LaGarrette Blount who keeps proving he’s a legit no.1 RB. Making philly’s victory even sweeter was their division rival Cowboys getting embarrassed on thanksgiving to the LA Chargers 28-6. Chargers QB Philip Rivers showing up huge going 27/33 for 434 yards and 3 touchdowns. The biggest beneficiary of that was Keenen Allen with 11 receptions for 172 yards and 1 touchdown. Case Keenum is definitely making a case to continue to be the no.1 QB in Minnesota, beating the Lions 30-23. The Patriots keep on rolling beating the Dolphins 35-17 while the Chiefs keep stumbling by losing their 5th out of their last 6 games and feeling the heat from the Chargers who are miraculously only 1 game behind them in the AFC west division. The Steelers almost lost to a Brett Hundley led Packers 31-28. The Packers have been struggling mightily since their superstar quarterback Aaron Rodgers broke his collarbone a few weeks back. Last and definitely least (I’m a Chargers fan) the Raiders and Broncos literally fight for a victory as Michael Crabtree (Raiders) and Aqib Talib (Broncos) came to blows early in the first half and were both selfishly ejected from the game. Maybe that helped spark the Raiders to basically a must win 21-14 to keep them in playoff contention while the Broncos season is all the but over as they fall to 3-8. As for monday night football, the Houston Texans visit the Baltimore Ravens who are a 7.5 point favorite. Im picking the Ravens to cover and win outright.

LIONEL MESSI STAYING AT BARCELONA

Arguably the best player ever and in present times (some say Cristiano Ronaldo) has signed a new contract extension to stay at FC Barcelona. it goes through 2021 and Messi said “I want to be here for my whole career, I’ve always said that it’s my dream to retire at Barcelona and we’re on the path to that.” Now as a Barcelona fan myself, I couldn’t be more happy. There was a lot speculation about him fleeing to Manchester City to re-kindle his relationship with coach Pep Guardiola when he was at Barça 2008 – 2012 where they won two champions league titles. in closing, this is HUGE news for Barcelona fans and sad news for every La Liga team especially Real Madrid.

Hey what’s up anybody and everybody. This has been a long time coming, 25 years to be exact (my age). My very own sports site to talk and discuss the world of sports. Anything from American football to world fútbol or basketball to hockey and many others. Sports have always been my passion and love without a doubt. I’m always watching some game, highlights and sports talk shows (tv and radio). Being born and raised in San Diego, CA and my dad being a padres and chargers fan, of course I adopted those teams. Even though the chargers moved to LA I still find myself rooting for them. Its most likely because of Philip Rivers and also the uniforms and most of the roster is the same as it was in San Diego. My other teams I closely follow are the Phoenix Suns, San Jose Sharks and FC Barcelona (we’ll get more in-depth about why on later blogs) . I’m also going to be producing my own podcast in the near future. Im still new and learning how this all works exactly but I already progressed pretty well with this new website created. There will be way more to come! I’m excited share my passion with you all. Thank you
